One way I stop worrying is to remember without the breath I can not worry about anyting. So I appreciate that I have breath to choose what I feel thankful for.
Worry to me is a problem that has not occurred or a problem that needs a solution. So I park the worry for another moment and decide what it is. Early morning moments in mediation are where I review all this stuff and remember that I have breath to appreciate or not. And so the struggle to appreciate carries on daily in my life.

Thanks for sharing your process Laurie – it’s always helpful to me to have a handful of ways of worry!

Absolutely hilarious !!!!!!:). I am sure you are 100% correct. Will remember this one, if I ever worry. As a matter of fact, I may keep thinking of this and then, guess what, I will never have to worry about anything because by the the time I get to 15 things, I will be exhausted but happy!!!!!!

I love this! Now if only I can remember to keep that list next to my bed for those nights I’m lying awake at 3 am spinning on the 200,000 other things I DO worry about 🙂
