Be a place of peace

Peaceful personWhat if the body you occupied was a place of peace?

What if all you had to be responsible for was maintaining peace, harmony, kindness, generosity, happiness and compassion within the walls of your skin and skull?
A boundary made up of just a couple of feet depending on your size. Within the space of your body and mind, you maintain peace. Gathered together, our many body-minds of peace will become a large mass of influence.  Independently, we will be peaceful sanctuaries in the midst of conflict, stress, panic, or desperation.
Step one: committing to peace within your Body-Mind. It’s a big step – are you in?
