Cell Salts for Muscle Spasm
I did. It gave me the opportunity to try out a cell salt combination for muscle pain. I have used this simple formula a few times for myself and friends – and it works more often than not.
In a small glass of warm water mix 10 tablets of Mag Phos (6X) and 5 tablets of Calc Phos (6X). Take a small sip and it swish around your mouth for 20-30 seconds. Repeat every 10-15 minutes for an hour or two. The pain subsides at different intervals depending on the individual and the severity of the pain. I have seen it work for sciatica, acute neck spasm and acute back spasm.
