Fire Element and Summer Solstice

RoseIt’s summer, the height of the Fire Element.

I notice once the Summer Solstice has arrived, the grass stops growing so quickly (the passing of Spring Energy) and the pace of people also slows down. The change from frantically attending to our gardens in the Spring, to sipping iced tea on the porch with friends amidst the blooming garden marks the warmth, ease and relating associated with a balanced Fire Element.
The Heart, seat of our Spirit, passion, love and communion with others and our spiritual beliefs, is the Yin Organ associated with the Fire Element. When our hearts are open and full, we easily share our warmth and love with others. When we are listening to our heart and following its call, we feel fulfilled, happily flowing through the adventure of our unfolding life.

May you always hear your heart’s call and feel your heart’s love.
