Qi Gong instructor leading participants to balance the flow of life force energy (Qi) in our bodies through:
-easy to learn mindful movements
-healing sounds and colors
to release “negative” energy/emotions and and make space for “positive” energy/emotions by focusing on Yin/Yang balance, the 12 Meridians, the 5 Elements, and the Organ System Webs
Based on Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong can help decrease stress, increase vitality, and create feelings of contentment and peace during these trying times. Teaching individuals of all ages. Currently teach women who have suffered with the trauma of abuse, those whose bodies may limit their range of motion, and others. Classes are from 30 minutes to 1 hour and longer workshops are available.
