Yang emerging

Lotus candleIt’s almost the Winter Solstice in the northern hemisphere.

Winter Solstice marks many things. One is that this will be the shortest day and longest night of our year. We are coming to a tipping point, where out of the watery, dark depths of Yin, Yang begins to emerge.

At the extreme, Yin becomes Yang and Yang becomes Yin.

The endless dance of Yin and Yang give us night and day, hot and cold, Winter Solstice and Summer Solstice. Join me these days and observe this change within ourselves and our surroundings. Now is a time to bring theory into our living wisdom by slowing down and noticing Nature.
